Fire, Burglary Alarms / Dictograph provides a full, one year warranty on both parts and labor and an industry leading extended protection plan that includes a free annual maintenance service and inspection with a guaranteed 8 hour telephone response time and a 72 hour on-site/premise response for all service calls.
We also offer an Extended Protection Plan that covers your equipment after the initial one-year warranty expires. You won't have to worry about additional out-of pocket costs when it comes time for service. This coverage includes parts, labor and an annual service inspection, which includes the replacement of batteries if necessary.
